ID'd Baby Dag Dated 1858 Unusual Little Window Mat 1/6 Daguerreotype HEAVY! cadaver He was a local deputy6th plate daguerreotype of a baby, identified inside of the case. The writing in pencil says something like, "George A. Frasher (or Hasher) child. March 2nd 1858 Aged 10 and 1 day". Resealed with archival tape in 2015. Original seals are inside of the case. The dag and case are in overall very good antique condition.. case is intact with some leather loss as shown. This dag feels a lot heavier than the average 1 6 dag to me! Maybe it's the combination
