Jack Wiebers Knockdhu 2008 Small Batch The baking theme appears againPreviously Featured in Whisky Drop's Exceptionalist Club (2025) Jack Wiebers is an independent bottler from Berlin who became known in the whisky scene with a series Scottish Castles and the Old Train Line. Knockdhu was built in 1893 and remained in the orbit of Distillers Company Limited (DCL Diageo) for 90 years, serving as the main malt for many of their blends. After being shuttered for 5 years, the distillery was purchased by Inver House, who
