This was taken from  Tascam 38 but they seem to be common in all the machines I have seen

this may have been used in other machines with the same pcb number

I have a couple of types of these with some variations that means i have got them

I am willing to ship these to the Re Lap guy for an electrical test and lap , you will need to pay about 50 60 for the Lap and report plus shipping from him to you. You will pay me for the shipping to him and the head if all is ok If its duff you will pay nothing that way every one is straight and happy This the play head
