Distilled on the 2nd of July May 2009 and matured in a 2nd fill Burgundy cask this release was then bottled 2024 at 55

Handcrafted in the traditional way and matured in the finest first-fill sherry and bourbon casks for over two decades

Matured for 16 years in 1st fill American oak barrels before bottling on the 4th of March 2025 at 56. 8% abv. The resulting whisky is rich and smooth with well integrated tropical fruit, honey and spice notes. One of just 504 bottles each individually numbered.
