It is cut in the classic 1940s hourglass silhouette with padded shoulders and a nipped waist. The large collar leads to a single row of four fabric covered buttons with diamant centres, which fasten the blazer. The jacket hem peplums out a little to emphasise the shape of the waist and princess seaming at the back highlights this further. Turn up
