This beautiful swing coat has been made from a rich wine coloured wool in the early 1950s

however the original boning is missing from the back and the wearer’s left hand side

The suit is in very good condition with only a couple of very faint marks as pictured

Original 1940s 40s Vintage Red And Emerald Green Fleck Wool Skirt Suit Mayfair At the back of theThis wonderful suit was made in the 1940s from luxurious red boucle wool with an emerald green fleck. As you would expect from a suit from this decade, it has padded shoulders and a nipped waist to create that hourglass silhouette. A small rounded collar marks the beginning of seven fabric covered buttons running down to the waist. Triangular panels point toward the centre of the jacket from the sleeve seams and are adorned with a fabric covered
