I love the retro label, don't you? It is on a hand dyed red cotton base and then a fantastic design of graduated shades of black circles the skirt. Near the hem a large, wide panel of design is highlighted with hand painted gold detailing. It is entirely hand painted through out and the colors are still vibrant and true.
