The color in person is a slightly deeper rust color and that contrasted with the blue is a fabulous combination. It is made of a jersey so is easy to wear. The neckline is high and highlighted by the blue. That curves down and around the bust to circle the waist. The skirt is set into the waist with soft gathers.
