Hatband is a matching yellow velvet with long streamers down the back. Left front side holds a colorful bouquet. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Measuring on the inside it is 21 1 2 inches even with a size tag of 22. Brim extends 3 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is approximately 18 inches.
