70's Quilted Patchwork Button Front Belted Skirt black pants Since this piece is vintageThis awesome quilted patchwork skirt has an elastic waist with a belt that is made out of the same fabric as the skirt with gold tone buttons going down the front. the buttons show signs of age and there are a few flaws but not noticeable due to them being close to the buttonholes. please see pictures for more details.
