I love the bit of gold that is woven through the fabric

each cuff has hidden snaps to close

I styled it over a light crinoline (not included) but it does have volume even without as it has a light tulle underskirt built in

This is British Crown Colony work and at the time it was the best bead and sequin work being done on the planet
