The small rounded collar leads to a single row of five fabric covered buttons which fasten the dress at the bust

The notched lapel collar would look great turned up or down and leads to a single row of seven buttons (likely later replacements) which fasten the coat in an asymmetrical wrap over style

Waist: 23” (hook can be moved by 1” to make 24”)
