The Fall 1976 collection featured this asymmetrical neckline heavily and I have included reference photos of jersey versions of the dress from both The Met and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts

The other side has a just past the elbow sleeve

The palette is a deep mustard with soft pops of color

It is an intricate combination of an ivory silk cording that has been hand stitched into place around several types of netted lace

The skirt is a classic simple cut to the knee with a pencil skirt cut that has the slightest suggestion of widening as it nears the hem and softly gathers in at the waist line
