It is one of the best pieces of his that I have seen outside of a museum

The skirt is fully lined in a white silky rayon and closes with a hidden set zipper and three large flat hook & eye at the waist

It closes down the front with hidden set buttons and a low handset side painted metal zip below the waist seam

Hips: stretches between 18-20" from side seam to side seam
